Sinarmas World Academy (SWA) offers an international education program, outstanding facilities and an extraordinarily warm and caring environment.
SWA is designed to meet the needs of today’s young people and the challenges and opportunities of the 21st Century that they will face. SWA recognizes the rich learning context and culture of Asia and the growing importance of Chinese Mandarin as a world language and incorporates these within its International Baccalaureate (IB) Programmes. The IB programmes provide holistic, inquiry based learning experiences, that allow students to develop as well balanced, life long learners with a strong sense of social responsibility - qualities that are highly sought after by universities and employers around the world.
SWA provides a unique environment. Its outstanding state-of-the-art design is set to make it a new benchmark in leading education architecture. Leading edge ICT provides tools to support information, communication and digital literacy and ensure natural adaptability to emerging technologies.
In addition to the well-equipped homeroom and specialist classrooms each school center has their own restaurants or cafes incorporating Indonesian or Chinese design elements. The campus also features beautifully landscaped gardens, amphitheater, bell pagoda, reflection ponds, adventure playground and a spectacular Arts Center with libraries, restaurants and theater. A Chinese Culture Center in the Zheng He building compliments the language program. Sports facilities include gymnasiums, basketball courts, swimming pools, aerobic and dance studios.
