The Right Program

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), provide a continuum of learning with a focus on inquiry and the attributes of the IB Learner Profile. These programmes have proven their ability to prepare students for university entrance around the world, as well as to be successful, well balanced, responsible members of society.

SWA follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes, which provide holistic education programs focusing on Languages, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, IT and Technology, the Arts and Health and Physical Education. All SWA students are expected to be involved with Action and Community Service towards global issues.

At SWA, English is the main language of instruction, with emphasis also on Indonesian and Chinese Mandarin. The SWA IB programmes incorporate the requirements of the Indonesian National Curriculum. SWA is non-denonimational school but also provides courses of study in World Religions and Character Education.

In addition to the IB Diploma Programme, High School course options are also available to students wishing to enter Indonesian universities.
