The Right Resources

The heart of the SWA campus, is located in the Arts Center which not only houses Admissions and Administration offices, but also the spacious ES and MSHS Libraries which are joined by an overhead skybridge. The libraries have extensive glass walls that overlook the Plaza and Zheng He (Middle School and Chinese Culture Center), Lotus Gallery, Bamboo Court, Lotus Lounge and Trini Dewi Theater. The libraries are well resourced with print, audio visual and online resources.

Wireless, mobile technology provides maximum flexibility in incorporating ICT when and where it is needed as an integral tool in learning, creativity, communicating and keeping students, teachers and parents connected. Sets of laptop computers and other digital devices are located on each floor of the Early Childhood and Elementary School for group and individual use. Grade 4 students in Elementary School together with all students in the Middle and High schools are provided with their own personal laptops each year.

Together with the wireless network and SWA portal, smartboards, projectors and other digital resources, facilitate the natural use of technology tools for learning and communicating.

The Arts Center; Art and Technology Center; and the Sports and Aquatics Center provide outstanding creative workshops, studios and performance spaces to meet the needs of our world class Art, Music, Dance, Drama, Technology and Sports programs.
