• Completed Application for Admission Form

• Completed Elementary Student Reference Form

• Copies of previous and current school reports

• 2 current passport sized photograph of student

Indonesian Students / Students from Indonesian Schools

• Original Birth Certificate (for sighting) and 1 copy for files

• Original Family Registration Card (for sighting) and 1 copy for files

International Students

• Original Passport and KITAS of parent (for sighting) and 1 copy for files

• Original Passport of Student and 1 copy for files

Elementary School

Grade 1 - Grade 5 Students

All students

• Completed Application for Admission Form

• Completed Elementary Student Reference Form

• Copies of previous and current school reports
