SWA provides a world-class curriculum to develop students’ skills and understanding. Aligned with SWA’s goal to achieve Academic Excellence, the school incorporates the Cambridge curriculum to ensure the fundamental knowledge, skills and conceptual understanding needed to prepare students  for the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and IB Diploma Programme (DP) in SWA.

    The subjects are divided into strands that frame the goals and objectives for each year group. Enquiry-based approach  across all curriculum areas are implemented to encourage intellectual engagement and progressive learning experience. All students are also provided a special after-school programme to further improve their talents and skills.

    The Cambridge curriculum framework provides a solid foundation on which the later stages of education can be built. The subjects are divided into strands that frame the goals and objectives for each year group. SWA provides a comprehensive set of progressive learning experience across all curriculum areas. The curriculum framework promotes an enquiry-based approach to learning to develop thinking skills and encourage intellectual engagement. All students are also give opportunities to take a special programme of after-school activities.
