Admission Checklist

The following processes must be completed before candidate students are enrolled:

1. Submit a completed Application for Admission Form and include:
   • medical record
   • immunization record
   • physical record and any other records requested by the School
   • A confidential Reference letter completed by applicant’s current school Principal / Homeroom Teacher

A non-refundable application fee per applicant, paid upon submission of the application. This may be paid in cash or through bank transfer

The complete academic records of the applicant
All national and school programme completion certificates
All academic reports/transcripts issued by the schools attended
Officially translated copies of any academic records written in languages other than Indonesian or English
2 current passport sized photograph (3 x 4) of the applicant
