Job Description:

  • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;
  • Organising events including press conferences, exhibitions, and open days
  • Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations
  • Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably from Hospitality, Management, Marketing or Communication
  • Experience in education industry would be an advantages
  • At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to build strong and lasting relationship
  • Computer literacy & English proficiency is a must
  • Good presentation skill, people person and self-motivated
  • Having experiences on linguistics related projects (translation, copywriting, ghostwriting, etc) is a big plus
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Leads Target Number assigned through potential channels or school fairs
  • Find new potential channels to get new students and maintain relationship with them to generate leads and brand awareness
  • Be in charge in school fairs and open house, explaining to prospective parents about the school program
  • Receive external or internal inquiries: call in, email, and to respond and to provide correct information about the school
  • Record and to update all database in the Customer Relation Management (CRM)
  • Follow up prospects in the CRM through tele-marketing as well as email
  • Organize a school tour, including coordinating internal preparation of the school tour
  • Arrange entry test for affiliated institution assigned
  • Follow up payment from the parents, including getting management’s approval, issuance of acceptance letter and invoice to the parents
  • Produce reports about the number of leads, and status of each leads

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably from Hospitality, Management, Marketing or Communication
  • Computer literacy & English Proficiency
  • Good presentation skill, people person and self-motivated
  • Team player willing to work during weekend if needed
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City
