An advanced degree in learning and development, industrial and organizational psychology, organizational development, psychology, sociology, business administration, education, or related area Certification in change management, executive coaching, and a variety of psychometric instruments strongly preferred 5-10 years of experience working with executive leadership, developing, launching and managing enterprise programs, and the full consulting cycles related to delivering on successful learning and development interventions.
