Day Care Caregiver (Nurse)
Qualifications:
Minimum D3 in Nursing or Midwifery
At least 1 year of experience in nursing
Communicative, patient, and highly empathetic toward children and parents
Enjoys working with children and interacting with them daily
Able to work both independently and in a team
Good problem-solving skills and able to stay calm in urgent situations
Willing to be placed in BSD (Tangerang Selatan)
Job Description:
Supervise and care for children during day care activities
Assist with children’s basic needs (feeding, drinking, toilet training, naptime)
Engage children in play and age-appropriate activities
Ensure safety, comfort, and cleanliness of children at the day care
Help children learn social skills and follow daily routines
Provide emotional support and attention to children
Coordinate with teachers or day care staff regarding child development
Assist in keeping play areas and children’s equipment clean
Report important observations or incidents to supervisors or parents
