School Counsellor
Responsibilities:
a. Listening to students' concerns regarding social, academic, or personal circumstances
b. Providing students with support and guidance on how to deal with problems
c. Mediating and improving relationships between students, parents, and teachers to determine how best to meet individual students' needs.
d. Counseling individuals and groups as required
e. Conducting assessments to determine students' strengths, weaknesses, interests, and aptitudes
f. Working with students to develop and improve their skill set
g. Assisting students in the development of career goals
h. Complete regular reports for services provided, such as session notes and incident reports
Requirements:
a. Bachelor's degree in counselling or psychology (essential). Master's degree will be an advantage.
b. Min 3 years of work experience as a counsellor in an academic environment.
c. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
d. Motivational leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
e. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
f. Confident interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
g. Perceptive intuition and decision-making skills.
h. Remarkable professionalism and solid work ethic.
i. Willing to be located in BSD, Serpong (40 minutes from Jakarta, CBD area)
